Flow of Life is a Community Hub! Located in West Asheville, NC we offer approachable prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, embodied childbirth education, bodywork and community engagement and support.
The yoga world can feel intimidating. Preparing for birth can feel overwhelming. At Flow of Life, we offer prenatal and postpartum movement classes, childbirth education, and community support that feel approachable, inclusive, and grounding for all.
Prenatal Package
The Flow of Life Prenatal Package includes all you need for pregnancy and postpartum education and body support.

Prenatal Series
Weekly class held for 5 consecutive weeks, intended for folks at any point in their pregnancy - valued at $200
Held Tuesdays, 5:30-7:00pm
Postnatal Series
Weekly class held for 5 consecutive weeks, intended for postpartum folks and their pre-crawling babies - valued at $200
Held Tuesdays, 11am-12:15pm
Embodied Childbirth Education Series
Weekly class held for 3 or 4 weeks, for pregnant people & their birth partner, recommend for your second or third trimester - valued at $400
Birth Ready Bodywork Session
90 minute session with one of our bodywork specialists, a hands-on physical assessment with the intention of creating balance and easing discomfort in the pregnant body - valued at $150
