Asheville area with my husband and three children as well as our many goats, ducks and chickens.I have spent the past two decades supporting children and families as an educator, caregiver and doula.I am passionate about supporting families during every stage of their journey. My aim is to walk alongside you as you navigate pregnancy, birth and postpartum, offering education and empowerment to help you discover your unique path. My trauma-informed approach to care honors the diversity of human experience, and I feel especially called to nurturing neurodivergent people and their families. I provide non-judgemental, evidence-based information, while encouraging you to be attuned to your intuition to help you make decisions that are right for you and your family.
