Terri dwells in the magical realms that new life brews. For over 30 years, the alchemy of creation and crossroads has propelled Terri’s work in ushering, nurturing, and helping babies get born in their wholeness. Terri’s path has led her around this hemisphere as she has held many hands of women bringing in new life and guiding others to learn the art of this work. She is a firm believer that we have full autonomy over our own bodies and that birth knowledge is deeply imprinted within us. 

Understanding there needs to be a balance with the primal, instinctual existence of birthing and the geopolitics that complicates and generates inequities that shape the birthing realities in 21st century society. Terri advocates tirelessly for families from all walks of life to seek the experiences, self-determination, and comforts they need to bring a baby into this world. 

Her work and practice remind us that even though birthing is a most natural event, the effort remains uniquely magical. Terri carries a proverbial medicine bag reflecting her knowledge of herbs, massage, art, body reading, advocacy, and intuition; her journeys taught her to make informed use of her tools and to meet the realities of families wherever they are - in mind, body and soul. She can be present with hands on tools as you need or help to curate space to do your own thing.

Terri is easygoing and loves to share what she has learned and experienced to build strong foundations. Facilitating growth is the highlight of her work. She loves being with family, traveling, gardening, eating fresh food, soaking in hot springs and listening to jazz.
